Cancellation Policy

We are aware of unforeseen circumstances and we know things can change last minute.

  • If you decide to cancel your registration, it must be done ten (10) business days  prior the event. Please note $15.00 processing fee will be deducted from the payment amount.
  • Any cancellations requested within 10 business days prior the event  will result in a forfeit of payment.
  • You can transfer or sell your spot to another rider as long as we are notified prior to the event. You can notify us at or by calling (619) 882-4585.
  • In order to receive a refund, we must be contacted via email at ten (10) business days prior the event.

Rain Policy

Events are “rain or shine”. We ride regardless of pouring rain or 110 degree heat.

Riding in the rain requires smooth skills that are needed all the time on a motorcycle. There in not better place to sharpen those skills than at the track.

Don’t worry. It almost never rains in southern California, but if it does, we are riding.

Wrong Group Registration Policy

No switching of groups on the day of.  If you are a beginner rider and this group it is sold out, place your name on the wait-list.  DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A DIFFERENT GROUP.  Doing so will result in delaying ride time until a spot opens up.


Join Waitlist This is a first come first serve basis waiting list. We will inform you if a rider cancels and if you are the next on the list, the spot will be yours. You will have 24 hours to pay for it, otherwise the next rider after you will be offered the spot.
