CANCELLATION
POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@2wheelstrackdays.com.

• 10 or more business days before the event: You may receive a full refund, less a merchant fee equal to 10% of the amount paid, or a 100% credit toward a future event.

• 5–9 business days before the event:  50% refund, less a merchant fee equal to 10% of the amount paid, or a 100% credit toward a future event.

• Fewer than 5 business days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation requests submitted fewer than 10 business days before the event due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception is at our discretion.

We ride rain or shine. No rain checks are available due to weather.
